Ana Roš

Ana Roš is a Slovenian chef who runs restaurant Hiša Franko in the small Slovenian town of Kobarid by the Italian border. Her cuisine is dedicated to the traditions and produce of the Soča Valley. She was featured in the Netflix series Chef’s Table and was named the World’s Best Female Chef in 2017 by the World's 50 Best Restaurants.
