Quique Dacosta is a highly acclaimed Spanish chef and culinary visionary, renowned for his avant-garde approach to gastronomy. He started working in the kitchen at the age of 14 and with over three decades of experience has been at the forefront of Valencia's culinary scene. He is the mastermind behind several exceptional restaurants, including the three Michelin-starred Quique Dacosta Restaurante in Denia – and El Poblet, Llisa Negra, Mercatbar and Vuelve Carolina in Valencia.
